Terms of Use

Effective November 5, 2026

These terms explain how Élevée works for couples and wedding professionals, what we ask of you and what you can expect from us. Please read them; by creating an account or using Élevée you agree to them.

    About Élevée

    Élevée Weddings (“Élevée”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Elevee Weddings LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Miami. Élevée is a bilingual platform that helps couples plan their wedding and discover wedding professionals in Miami and South Florida. You can reach us at eleveeweddings@gmail.com.

    Who can use Élevée

    You must be at least 18 years old. If you use Élevée on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

    Your account

    • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
    • Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
    • One account per person or business. Tell us right away if you think someone accessed your account without permission.

    For couples

    • Your planning (budget, checklist, team, expenses and notes) is private. Élevée does not show it to professionals or other users.
    • Your story is private until you publish it or share a link. You choose the photos, text and professionals that appear, and you can make it private again at any time.
    • Only publish photos you have permission to share. Professional photos usually belong to your photographer, and guests may not want to appear publicly.
    • When you send an inquiry, the professional receives what you write and the contact details you include.
    • Reviews must be honest and based on your real experience. Do not accept anything in exchange for a review.

    For wedding professionals

    • Élevée reviews every profile before it is published and may approve, request changes, decline, pause or unpublish a profile at its discretion.
    • Your information must be accurate, and you must hold the licenses, permits and insurance your work requires. Élevée does not verify licenses or insurance.
    • Before submitting your profile, you accept Élevée's content license for the photos and videos you upload. That license is part of these terms.
    • Memberships (Essential and Featured) and their current prices appear on the Membership page. Complimentary memberships last for the period shown when they are granted.
    • Online payments are not active yet. Before any charge, we will show you the price, how renewal works and how to cancel, and we will only charge with your explicit agreement. You will be able to cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period already paid.
    • Featured is paid promotional placement. It does not mean higher quality or verification. No plan guarantees inquiries or bookings.
    • Élevée does not charge commissions on your bookings.

    Élevée is not part of your agreements

    Couples and professionals contract directly with each other. Élevée is not a party to those agreements, is not an agent or employer of any professional and does not guarantee the quality, availability, price or result of any service. Compare options, ask for written contracts and check references before you book.

    Your content

    You keep ownership of what you upload: photos, videos, text and reviews. You give Élevée a free, non-exclusive license to host, display and adapt it (for example, resize or crop) only as needed to run the platform and show it where you choose. For professionals, the content license accepted with the profile also applies. Élevée will ask a couple before featuring their story outside the platform.

    You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights and permissions it needs. We may hide or remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

    What is not allowed

    • Illegal, false, misleading, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content.
    • Uploading content that infringes someone else's rights, or images of people without the permission they need.
    • Fake or paid reviews, reviews of your own business, or suppressing honest reviews.
    • Spam, unsolicited advertising, or using contact details from Élevée for anything other than the wedding conversation they were shared for.
    • Impersonating others, accessing accounts or data that are not yours, copying the site with automated tools, or interfering with its security or operation.

    Copyright

    If you believe content on Élevée infringes your copyright, follow the process on our Copyright & DMCA page. We may close the accounts of repeat infringers.

    Élevée's own content

    The Élevée name, logo, design, texts and editorial photographs belong to Élevée or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

  11. 11

    Other services

    Élevée links to services we do not control, such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, YouTube and Vimeo, and to professionals' websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

    No warranties

    Élevée is provided “as is” and “as available”. Planning tools, estimates and reminders are informational only. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  13. 13

    Limitation of liability

    To the extent the law allows, Élevée is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or bookings, or for the acts of couples, professionals or other users. Élevée's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid Élevée in the 12 months before the claim or 100 U.S. dollars.

    Indemnification

    You agree to defend and hold Élevée harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your content, your services, your agreements with other users or your breach of these terms.

    Ending your use

    You may stop using Élevée at any time and ask us to delete your account at eleveeweddings@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as content licenses already used, liability and governing law) survive.

    Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is important, we will let you know on the site or by email before it applies. If you keep using Élevée after the change, you accept the new terms.

  17. 17

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise. If part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
