Privacy Policy

Effective November 5, 2026

Your wedding is personal. This policy explains what information Élevée collects, why, who sees it and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use advertising trackers.

    Who we are

    Élevée Weddings is a wedding platform operated by Elevee Weddings LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Miami, which is responsible for your information. For any privacy question or request, write to eleveeweddings@gmail.com.

    What we collect

    • Account: your email, name and password (stored securely by our sign-in provider; we never see it). If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email with us.
    • Wedding planning: date, location, guest count, style, budget, checklist, team, expenses and notes. This stays private to your account.
    • Stories and photos: the names, text, photos, location and date you choose to include. They are only public if you publish them or share a link.
    • Favorites and inspiration: the professionals and images you save.
    • Inquiries: the message, wedding details and contact information you send to a professional.
    • Reviews and reports you submit.
    • Professionals: business name, category, location, service areas, languages, description, website, Instagram, email, phone, WhatsApp number (only if you choose to show it), portfolio, membership and review status, and a record of your content-license acceptance (date, version and browser type).
    • Email preferences, including whether you agreed to receive news from Élevée.
    • Technical data needed to run the site: your sign-in session, language preference, device and browser type, and server logs kept by our hosting provider.

    How we use it

    • To provide Élevée: your account, planning tools, stories, favorites and professional profiles.
    • To deliver inquiries to the professionals you contact.
    • To review professional profiles and keep the community safe, including preventing fraud, spam and abuse.
    • To answer your requests and send messages about your account or profile.
    • To send news and inspiration only if you agreed; you can unsubscribe at any time.
    • To improve the platform and comply with the law.

    Artificial intelligence

    When a professional chooses to use the description assistant, the information they enter for that description is sent to an AI model through Lovable's AI gateway to create a suggestion. Couples' planning information is never sent to AI tools, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

    Who can see your information

    • Everyone: published professional profiles and the stories couples choose to publish.
    • The professional you contact: the content of your inquiry.
    • Service providers who help us run Élevée, only for that purpose: Lovable and Lovable Cloud (hosting, database, sign-in and file storage), Google (Google sign-in and web fonts) and the AI gateway described above. When we add online payments or automatic emails, a payment processor (such as Stripe) and an email service will receive what they need; we will update this policy first.
    • Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of users and Élevée.
    • A buyer or successor, if Élevée is ever sold or merged, under this same policy.

    We do not sell your data

    Élevée does not sell personal information and does not share it for targeted advertising.

    Cookies and local storage

    We only use what the site needs to work: your sign-in session, a language-preference cookie and draft copies saved on your device so you do not lose your work. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our web fonts load from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

    How long we keep it

    We keep your information while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal reasons (such as content-license acceptances, administrative history or, in the future, payment records) and copies in backups, which are overwritten over time.

    Your choices and rights

    • Edit your profile, planning and story at any time, and make your story private again.
    • Ask for a copy of your information, its correction or its deletion by writing to eleveeweddings@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity, and we answer within 30 days.
    • Unsubscribe from news emails from your settings or the link in the email.
    • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. We honor these requests for every user, wherever they live.

    Security

    We use encrypted connections, access controls that limit each account to its own data and private storage for planning information. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

    Children

    Élevée is for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Please take special care before sharing photos of children.

    Where your information is processed

    Élevée operates from the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

    Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version, and we will let you know of important changes on the site or by email before they apply.
